KCL AI Incident Report Log

As an expansion of what started as our GTA AI Incident Report Log we’ve now rolled it out to everyone at King’s College London – staff and students. The purpose of this form is to start building up an idea of where AI is really impacting at King’s and how people feel it’s effecting both their studies and work. All submissions are wholly anonymous and the aim is to find out where future action or research could be focused. So, whether you’ve seen something that causes specific concerns or you just want to vent about AI use cases that have caught your attention at KCL feel free to check it out and share.

We are, of course, an unofficial group and not endorsed by KCL but we do also have ethical clearance for this project as researchers and all the usual safeguards will be placed on any submissions you make.
